The resort has special treats for fans of all kinds of music in store this year. It all started with DJ Tiesto working the turntables in the Walt Disney Studios this spring for all Techno fans. Then in early summer the Dutch pop group CH!PZ returned once again to the Disneyland Park to shoot their latest video nearly unnoticed by its fans. The shoot for "Carnival" took place at night time in front of the freshly repainted Hakuna Matata as seen at the photo below. In addition the group recorded performances of their songs "Captain Hook" on the deck of Captain Hook's Galley, "1001 Arabian Nights", "I Wanna See", "One Two Three", "Kiss Me", "Rockstar" and "Cowboy" (the latter on the streets of Disney's Hotel Cheyenne as seen on the photos kindly provided by DisneyMagic.nl), which were meant for a TV special in the Netherlands.
The next ones up for a musical treat are lovers of classic piano music. On September 24 they have the opportunity to enjoy a live concert by pianist Wibi Soerjadi titled "Wibi meets Magic" which is labeled as part of the "Happiest Celebration on Earth". The 60 minute concert featuring not only classic music pieces but also Disney material will take place inside Disneyland Paris at 10.00 pm, so after park closure. Guests will be welcomed by Mickey Mouse in the park and extra Disney surprises are promised on the official website of the event as well. To attend the event guests have to book a package deal as offered on the official website as concert-only tickets are not available unfortunately.
Looking for a concert to dance along? In that case head for the Disney Village Dome where the Greates Hits ABBA Concert with ABBA-RIVAL returns once again. After a first engagement from August 13 till September 3, the concert style show with the greatest hits of Abba is back from September 10 till 25, with daily performances except Monday. Tickets are 15,- Euro per adult and 8,- Euro per child (age 3 - 8) available in the Disney Hotels and at the Ticket counter in the Disney Village. The show takes place at 8.30 pm (except Sundays at 7.00 pm) allowing for a convenient walk to the Dome after park closure. Please note: to get the guests to join in the live performance from beginning on there is NO seating in the Disney Village Dome for this performances.

Außerdem nahm die Gruppe noch Performances ihrer Songs "Captain Hook" auf dem Deck der Galone von Captain Hook, "1001 Arabian Nights", "I Wanna See", "One Two Three", "Kiss Me", "Rockstar" und "Cowboy" auf (letzteres auf den Straßen von Disney's Hotel Cheyenne wie auf den freundlicher weise von DisneyMagic.nl zur Verfügung gestellten Photos zu erkennen). Dieses Material war für ein niederländisches TV Special gedacht.
Als nächstes sind nun die Fans klassischer Piano-Musik an der Reihe, denn am 24. September wird der der Pianist Wibi Soerjadi ein "Wibi meets Magic" betitelt Konzert geben, dass auch Teil "Happiest Celebration on Earth" sein soll. Das 60-minütige Konzert wird in Disneyland Paris nach Parkschluss um 22:00 Uhr stattfinden und wird neben klassischen Stücken auf Disneytitel umfassen. Begrüsst werden die Gäste im Park von Mickey Mouse und auch während des Konzerts verspricht die offizielle Webseite Disney-Überraschungen. Einzeltickets für das Konzert sind nicht erhältlich. Stattdessen müssen über die offizielle Webseite erhältliche Pauschalangebote gebucht werden.
Eher auf der Suche nach einem Konzert zum mittanzen? Dann empfiehlt sich ein Besuch im Disney Village Dome bei dem Greates Hits ABBA Konzert mit ABBA-RIVAL.
