Disneyland Resort Paris Annual passes have been given a new design to celebrate the 15th anniversary. The ticket is printed on a darker red plastic pass and has the silhouette of the Castle with some fireworks and Mickey holding a candle (light) in his “glove”. On the right hand bottom side it says “Disneyland 15”. The design looks warmer and could put a little envy on the faces of those with the old tickets.
For Annual Ticket holders some more changes have been made. Unfortunately, when buying a new pass, guest are no longer been given the welcome presents. The last couple of years adults would get a mug and children a plush toy but these are no longer given out when buying a new pass. Also changed and no longer offered is the Birthday present given to children with an annual pass. The other change that will take place in the near future is the “Envie de +” magazine. 
The magazine will no longer be published. No time line was given to us but our source mentioned an online only version will be mailed to Annual Passport Holders in the future.
A nice change however is the Parrainée offer. Especially for the 15th anniversary an Annual Passport holder can now get 1 full year extension on their pass when bringing 1 new person to the park that will buy his/her first Annual Pass or didn’t have a pass for the last 2 years. While in the past passport holders needed three persons to buy a new pass to get his/hers extended, they only need one during the 15th anniversary of the park. This offer is only valid for annual passport holders with the new passes.
