Nun haben uns interne Quellen kontaktiert, die uns mitteilen, dass das Training der Castmember NICHT zur Vorbereitung einer Wiedereröffnung der lange geschlossenen Attraktion dient. Vielmehr stellt es eine (hoffentlich nie in die praxis umzusetzende) Vorbereitung für den Fall eines Einsatzes der Boote bei einem Zwischenfall oder einer Evakuierung von einem der beiden Schaufelraddampfer dar. Als auf der Molly Brown Feuer ausbrach, war bereits wenigstens ein Keelboat eingesetzt worden - allerdings ist dem Management mittlerweile bewusst geworden, dass kaum noch Castmember wirklich mit den Booten vertraut sind.
