Once guests get into the Backlot for a good view of the back of the Tower things look different though. Here it looks as if the construction finished decades ago and the building is aging slowly for a long time. That impression is due to the latest layer of paint that has been added which creates an effect of a weathered down color againg differently closer to the top than near the ground floors.
