Neu sind aber die Details zu den Personen, die bereits die Abnahme von Aktien zugesagt haben. Demnach wird The Walt Disney Company als Hauptaktionär der Gruppe auch 1.111.111.112 der neuen Aktien kaufen. Weitere 217.310.879 Aktien erwirbt Prinz Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, der damit seinen aktuellen Anteil aufrechterhält, nachdem im vergangenen Jahr Gerüchte aufgetaucht waren, er sei mit der Leistung der Gruppe unzufrieden und werde daher keine neuen Aktien mehr übernehmen. Alle anderen Aktionäre erhalten die Gelegenheit, ebenfalls ihren Anteil an der Gruppe zu wahren, indem sie während einer exklusiven Vorkaufsfrist vom 31. Januar bis 8. Februar Aktien zum Preis von 0,09 Euro erwerben.
